Sleeping accommodation
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms make this home suitable for occupancies ranging from couples, large families or two families sharing. Note: groups of singles are not catered for.

The bedrooms are as follows; 

·         The master suite: complete with California king size bed, TV and ensuite facilities complimented with walk in shower and corner bath 

·         A second master suite: complete with king size bed, TV and ensuite facilities  complimented with bath and over bath shower 

·         Two twin bedrooms: share the 3rd bathroom with over bath shower.

·         A pull out sofa/bed: located in the lounge offering additional sleeping provision for two persons 

All bedrooms are complete with comforters and bed linen, each has built-in wardrobe storage.

Ensuites and bathrooms are stocked with hand, bath and face towels along with hair dryers. 

                 
                 

Games room
The games room is well equipped to keep active minds occupied including a combo 3 games table providing the opportunity to practice and sharpen your skills at pool, table tennis, air hockey also included is table futbal. 

For the outdoors enthusiast a full set of golf clubs (pay and play 18 hole golf course) and tennis rackets (tennis courts on site) are provided and free to use. All ball games rely on guests replenishing any lost or damaged balls as they are a consumable item and subject to a use and replace 'as necessary' basis.

Peace of mind
One of the plus points of staying at Southern Dunes is the security provision maintained by the home owners association. Being a secure gated community no road vehicle or person on foot is allowed within the perimeter of the community until they confirm their intentions to the main gate security office. The on duty officers monitor all traffic 24/7 365 days a year and their visible presence on regular patrols around the estate is guaranteed, offering peace of mind for guests.

Sports and recreational activities at the door
For the golfer Southern Dunes is an exclusive community of top quality homes set amidst an 18 hole golf course designed by Steve Myers and ranked in Florida’s top 10. You can pay and play, book on line, or purchase a monthly membership. There's something for everyone at Southern Dunes a community pool, a gym, tennis courts, kids swing park, beautiful walks, fishing in lake Joe (you'll need your own line and tackle and  be mindful of the resident gators), 24 hour shopping, banks, gas stations and more. For a quiet day out visit Lake Eva Park a community and recreation park close by.

Lake Eva community park, Haines city is 4 mile south of Southern Dunes a new development with a variety of recreational ammeneties available in a safe open air environment. This community park provides tennis on excellent hard courts, basketball courts, kids play areas, an aquatic centre with swimming pool and slides, peaceful walks and a large fishing lake. A beautiful community park and a cheap alternative to the major theme parks, the kids and grown ups will love it here.

             

Eating In & Out
Restaurants and drive thro's cater for dining in, take-away meal's and home delivery visit one of the many local family restaurants during the day and into the night, a favourite choice is Manny’s Chop House not just a meal, an experience, it's a must and only minutes from the villa.

Major Attractions within easy driving distance

Southern Dunes located in the “Heart of Florida” is on US HWY 27 to the North of Haines City, 7 mile south of Interstate 4 and approximately 20 to 30 minutes from all the major Disney Parks,  Universal Studios with Harry Potter, Wet 'n' Wild, Aquatica, Sea World and Busch Gardens as well as the less known Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. 

Both the East and West coast beach resorts are within a 60 minute drive.
