Luxury villa, golf, tennis, swimming, wine and beer – If paradise is as good – it will do for us!  Found it difficult to get the kids out of the pool and the old man off the golf course. However did manage to visit Celebration – great atmosphere in the evenings leading up to Christmas – fake snow included. Many thanks to Alan and Gail, ‘we will never book a hotel again’, that’s for sure.

Had a fantastic fortnight here – enjoyed Disney parks and Sea World, Aquatica was lovely and clean but very pricy once inside.. We ate at a variety of Ponderosas and had 3 lovely evening meals at Manny’s wonderful! Everything was in the villa that we needed, a lovely holiday, Thanks Helen, Mike, Ellie, Caltin, Ann, Dave and Christine

Comment: This was our first experience of renting a villa and I have to say it was wonderful. The villa was luxury itself and everything was very clean, the pool area was very relaxing with great view on the golf course and the children spent hours in the water. Even though we only cooked 2 meals during our 3 weeks stay, we must say that the kitchen is very well equipped. We do have to recommend one special restaurant, offering great food at a very reasonable price: Manny's is only 5 minutes away, we went several times and we were never disappointed. We went to Universal Studios and Sea World but also to Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach. We also went to Clearwater beach where we saw dolphins and had a great day. We would like to thank Alan and Gail for giving us the opportunity to spend a fantastic time in Florida, they are very nice people and very helpful. We will surely recommend this villa to all our friends.

We had a fantastic holiday shame it went so quick!!  We did all the theme parks its very expensive inside so take some food with you. Swam in your lovely pool everyday as the weather was soooo HOT ! Lovely villa was so nice to come back to after a day at the parks. ‘We’ll never stay in a hotel again’!! See you next year. Lauren and Rob

Comment: Had a wonderful time for a week in late Oct with our 2 kids aged 9 and 11. The villa was perfect - spacious, clean, beautifully appointed, well stocked with every appliance you could want and with a lovely pool. It was a little oasis following 3 solid weeks of travel in the US. Having 24hr Walmart virtually at our doorstep was great. The villa was a great launching pad for Disneyworld (only 25 minutes by car) and Cape Canaveral and for Cirque du Soleil. We would absolutely come back.

Comment: We have spent 2 fantastic weeks staying at your villa and found it and it's location to be perfect in every way. We have visited all the parks whilst we have been here and the house has been a great base. It is really well equipped, clean and spacious and the pool and view onto the golf course are perfect! Alan & Gail have been incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and especially when we needed to extend our stay due to our flight being cancelled, they definitely went over and above the call of duty to help us out! i had such a great time staying in your beautiful home, the weather was fantastic. i had such a chilled out week here, just what i needed after finishing Uni in Leeds. got myself to afew parks SeaWorld and Universal studios/ islands of adventure. the hulk ride is still the best ride in Orlando by far i also managed to get out and watch the England vs USA World Cup game. in a very nice pub called 'the shamrock' shame about the 1-1 draw. however i did watch the game with Kevin Keegan and the 'REAL' Brian Robson. The Villa was perfect, everything we imagined and more. What an ideal base to locate yourself and enjoy everything that Florida can offer you. Out of all the Parks SeaWorld was the most entertaining with plenty to see and do. After a hard day at the beach or the park the Villa offers the perfect place to relax, it really is like a home from home. I whole heartedly recommend it. You really won't want to stay at a hotel ever again. July-August 2010 (3 weeks)

Comment: came to the villa for Easter 2011 we had a fantastic time, the villa was perfect, everything we needed. We did 9 parks in 14 days and although it was busy it was always lovely to come "home". The pool was a fantastic way to cool down and the children loved it, we have already recommended this villa to ours friends and several have already shown interest in coming. We would definitely recommend using Alan’s Sat Nav it helped massively, didn't get lost once!!!

This is our 2nd trip to Disbney and 2nd villa on Southern Dunes complex - we would certainly never stay anywhere else after experiencing the comfort of a villa here! Close proximity to all the theme parks makes it a perfect to stay. Quiet and restful at the end of a busy day! Thanks for allowing us to share the benefits of your lovely holiday home!

Comment: We have had a fantastic time in Florida once again. The villa suited us down to the ground, the best we have stayed in during our 5 visits to Florida. We also took your advice and visited Gaylord Palms resort for a meal and cocktails on board the ship - the whole family enjoyed it. We also had a couple of meals at Mannys Chop House, really good value and good choice of food especially the top sirloin steak - happy hour 4-7pm, we walked the 2nd time and all had a couple of drinks took around 25 minutes each way. 
All sad to go home today, already planning to return in 2 years and will hopefully be booking your villa again, THANK YOU

Comment: I am so glad that i've chosen this vacation house. the three of us enjoyed very much our stay in your indeed beautiful and well maintained villa. although we didn't have much time, our son enjoyed every moment he spent in the swimming pool. we'd surely stay longer the next time we come back.
