How to Book

We are able to accept postal cheques, Bank deposit tickets (USA only), UK bank transfer, USA bank transfer, International bank transfer and PayPal transfers (with or without a PayPal account).

In all cases complete and submit the online reservation request which offers you the payment choices, within 24 hrs you will be notified that a 7 working day reserve, awaiting your deposit, has been placed on the dates required and advised of the required deposit, balance and security deposit.

The final balance and security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to travel dates unless the date of travel is less than 8 weeks in which case the total amount due will be required at the time of booking. Click ‘BOOK YOUR DATES’ above and submit your request.

Payments by Cheque

Click 'Pay by Cheque', on receipt of your reservation reply send deposit cheque to the nominated address, booking will be confirmed as noted below.

Payments by Deposit Ticket (Internal USA Only)

Complete the online booking request and click 'Pay by Deposit ticket' attached to your reservation reply you will receive two deposit tickets, complete one ticket for the 'deposit payment' and present to any branch of Wachovia Bank, booking will be confirmed as noted below, ticket two is provided for the final balance payment.

Bank Transfer

Complete the online booking request click bank transfer 'UK, USA or International', on receipt of your provisional booking request the relevant account details and sort codes for UK guests, IBAN numbers and Swift/BIC codes for USA and International guests will be made available, booking will be confirmed as noted below..

This is a secure method of payment between banks and can be completed with ease via online banking or at local branches. NB: A fee may be charged by your chosen bank for transfer payments.

PayPal

Complete the online booking form click 'PayPal'. On receipt of your provisional reservation reply you will be offered the option to pay securely online with a PayPal invoice or via the PayPal online link using any of the accepted methods global payment network, Booking will be confirmed as noted below.

Note: With a network of more than 190 countries and regions PayPal reaches across the globe to give you a secure way to pay. NB: PayPal attracts a transaction fee for each online payment made.

Booking Confirmation

Provisional reservations are held on a pending basis for 7-10 working days awaiting deposits

Secured bookings will be confirmed on receipt of cleared deposits.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to travel date.

Travel date less than 8 weeks full balance required at time of booking.

Deposit Amounts

A deposit of £100GBP, or foreign exchange equivalent, per week will be required to secure your dates.

Security Bond

A security bond is required to compensate for any breakages, damage, or any other unexpected occurrences during your stay, in accordance with the agreed terms. Security bonds will be returned in full only on satisfactory inspection of the property by the management team on your departure, deductions will be made to cover eventualities deemed directly attributable to vacating guests. The amount of security bond to be paid will be determined by the party size and period of rental.

·         For cheque payments an additional cheque for the bond should be included with the full balance, this cheque will be returned, in accordance with the agreed terms.

·         For bank deposits (USA only) the bond can be added to the balance payment this will be returned, by check in accordance with the agreed terms.

·         The bond can be added to online payments this will be returned, in accordance with the agreed terms. NB: Transaction fees will apply.

·         The bond can be added to bank transfers this will be returned, in accordance with the agreed terms. NB: Transaction fees will apply.

·         Only in extreme circumstances and with the express agreement of the house manager and owner can the bond be presented on arrival at the villa, in accordance with the agreed terms.

NB: A service charge may be incurred for this option.

Service Charges

PayPal, Bank and management charges where applied can be:

·         Added to final balance payments, or,

·         Deducted from security bonds prior to returns being made

Guests will be notified of any potential service charges prior to the above conditions being applied.
